Using a sterilized one litre glass container, i did the following.
I also thinly sliced up some raw gold kent pumpkin to marinate in extra virgin olive oil with ripe raw bitter melon and freshly sliced ginger, sliced fresh garlic, tumeric, sesame oil, kaffir lime leaves, some pink salt from Himalaya . To top it off, I added one medium size large birds eye chillie to the mix.
Leave it marinate for several days. Using it to boost my immune system
