Someone in the tomato breeding system had combined both the Russian black & the popular firm fleshed Roma tomato & come up with this great combo.

I sampled the baked flesh of these tomatoes with chicken drumsticks & found the taste quite sweet & wanting more.

I de-seeded the tomatoes first before cooking to avoid a sloppy mess.

I saved the seeds to offer them to you to grow & enjoy.
